Trendy is a family-owned and operated residential building company Est in 2013 on the Central Coast of NSW Australia. Quality, innovation, and livability are paramount when approaching any project, and we strive to create a positive experience from the start of the design to many years after completion. 

Our story - We live and breathe tiny living!

In 2018 when we moved onto our own acreage we were instantly exploring tiny home living as a secondary dwelling for either extended family, friends to come and stay or a passive income stream to use as an airbnb. We began drawing and designing tiny homes and studios, all with the bells and whistles we include in our models today. Since then we have been intertwining working in both residential and tiny home constructions, we have had a tiny home family living on our land, we have built tiny's with friends and for friends, and as we now search for our own larger scale farm with a vision of a whole fleet of tiny homes, we decided to open another department within our building company and offer our own personal designs
to the broader community.
